{"id":5792,"date":"2025-04-03T11:46:49","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T03:46:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amitabhafoundation.my\/?p=5792"},"modified":"2025-06-24T15:11:10","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T07:11:10","slug":"small-brushes-big-impact","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amitabhafoundation.my\/zh\/small-brushes-big-impact\/","title":{"rendered":"Small Brushes, Big Impact"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">3 April 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">To many adults, brushing teeth is just part of a daily routine.<br>But for the children at Amitabha Foundation, it became a&nbsp;moment of discovery\u2014and the&nbsp;first step in learning to care for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Just days ago, a group of compassionate students from&nbsp;UKM\u2019s Faculty of Dentistry&nbsp;paid us a heartfelt visit.<br>They didn\u2019t come as doctors or teachers, but as big brothers and sisters, bringing with them something more valuable than tools or textbooks \u2014&nbsp;time, care, and respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Together, they:<br>Taught the children how to properly hold a toothbrush<br>Explained why dental hygiene matters and what causes tooth decay<br>Patiently guided them through each step of brushing<br>Knelt down at eye level to gently observe and correct their technique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">What began with shyness and nervous glances soon turned into a room full of&nbsp;raised hands, eager questions, joyful smiles, and newfound confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Because sometimes, a simple lesson on brushing teeth\u2026<br>becomes a powerful reminder:<br><em>You are worthy of care.
