By applying for assistance through Amitabha Foundation’s Livelihood Support Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   This program is designed to support individuals and families in need, specifically those facing significant hardship due to challenging circumstances. Eligible groups include:
   • People with Disabilities
   • Single-Parent Families
   • Elderly Individuals with No Children
   • Orphans
   • Disaster Victims
   • Dialysis Patients
   • Patients with Serious Medical Conditions
2. Application Process
   • All applicants must complete the official application form, providing accurate and truthful information.
   • The foundation reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the applicant’s situation (e.g., medical records, disability certification, or proof of income).
   • Submitting an application does not guarantee support. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Program Support
   • Support may include but is not limited to financial assistance, food provisions, medical aid, and assistance with daily living essentials.
   • The type and level of support provided will be based on available resources and the individual needs of the applicant.
   • Assistance is intended to provide temporary relief and enable recipients to regain stability.
4. Limitations
   • The foundation reserves the right to limit the number of recipients based on available funding and resources.

5. Confidentiality
   • All personal information shared in the application process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used for the purposes of evaluating and providing assistance under the program.
   • The foundation may share anonymized data for reporting or funding purposes but will not disclose personal details without consent.
6. Acceptance of Support
   • By accepting the support, recipients agree to use the assistance solely for its intended purpose. Misuse or false representation of needs may result in the termination of support.
7. Changes to Terms
   • Amitabha Foundation reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Livelihood Support Program at any time.
8. Disclaimer
   • While we strive to assist as many individuals as possible, the program’s capacity is subject to the availability of resources, and not all applicants may receive aid.
